Sessions meet at 9:30am-10:30am in the St. Thomas the Apostle Classrooms. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a waterbottle!
Join us as we gently stretch to calm our thoughts with prayer and reflection. We all know how physical movements affect our physical body but we may not have considered how those movements can be used to affect our mental, emotional and spiritual selves. The distractions of our culture have left us “dis-connected” and ill at ease with little knowledge of how to reconnect and find the “best version of ourselves” that God calls us to be. The gentle movements of stretching are meant to open our mind, body and spirit and bring them into greater connection to God and each other.
Program is free to parishioners of St. Thomas the Apostle and St. John Vianney. A donation to the food pantry is requested from non-parishioners; parishioners may contribute if so moved.
